You may elect to receive continuing education credit for your participation when you register for the conference. A one-time fee of $50 applies regardless of the number or type of continuing education credits.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of USF Health and the American Psychosocial Oncology Society. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
The University of South Florida College of Nursing is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
A maximum of 19 contact hours may be earned by learners who successfully complete this continuing nursing education activity.

Florida Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors
USF Health is an approved provider (BAP#433 – Exp. 3/31/13) of continuing education credits for clinical social work, marriage and family therapy and mental health counseling. This program has been reviewed and approved for up to 23.1, 50 minute contact hours.
Clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists and mental health counselors licensed outside the state of Florida should submit their certificate of attendance to the appropriate agency to receive their contact hours
