The APOS 7th Annual Conference will be held at the Sheraton New Orleans, located on historic Canal Street bordering the French Quarter. APOS has secured the conference room rate of $179 $159 per night (exclusive of applicable taxes/fees).

During these economic times, we know that every dollar counts. APOS and the Sheraton New Orleans have worked hard to renegotiate the guest room rate from $179 to $159 -- a $20 savings per night!

We hope you will take advantage of this great rate and support APOS by staying at the official conference hotel. The guest room block and group rate negotiated with the hotel includes costs to provide us with the large quantity of meeting space we require for the meeting. If we do not occupy a sufficient amount of guest rooms throughout the conference, we will incur penalties and additional costs. Therefore, we urge all meeting participants to stay in the conference hotel.

All APOS attendees are eligible to win a complimentary three night stay for the annual conference if you stay at the Sheraton New Orleans.  The drawing will take place during the Opening Plenary Session on Friday, February 19, 2010.
The winner will receive a credit for their stay at that time so you must be present to win!

Shuttle
APOS has secured a discounted rate for shuttle service. In order to be able to book your discounted shuttle, you book at least 24 hours prior to your flight departure time.

Once you book online, you can change an existing reservation via phone (866-596-2699) but you need to make your original reservation online; if not the discount will not apply.

Hotel Policies
Early departure fee: In the event you check out prior to your reserved check-out date, an early departure fee of one room night plus tax will be charged to your account. To avoid this fee, you must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change to your scheduled stay.

Guest room reservations: A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. This credit card will be charged one night’s room rate and tax if your reservation is cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival.

Special rate cut-off date: APOS cannot guarantee the group rate for reservations made after 5:00 pm EST on 25 January 2010.
