Hotel Policies
Early departure fee: In the event you check out prior to your reserved check-out date, an early departure fee of $75 will be charged to your account. To avoid this fee, you must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change to your scheduled stay.
Guest room deposit: A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. This credit card will be charged one night’s room rate and tax if your reservation is cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival.
Special rate cut-off date: APOS cannot guarantee the group rate for reservations made after 5:00 pm EST on 15 January 2009.
